No. It is enough that one person places the order in SuperVista - what counts is how many people sit at the table. Your own account still pays off: every new account gets a welcome gift for 0 zł.
A crew starts at three people at one table. For two, there is the welcome gift for 0 zł - one for every new account.
One serving per table per day, no matter how many people. A bigger crew means more hands around one bowl.
Yes. The welcome gift belongs to a new account, the crew nachos to the table. One does not cancel the other.
